Private instruction, with specialized Pilates equipment, is ideal as an ongoing fitness program, to rebuild strength following illness or injury and to enhance athletic performance. Your program will be unique, tailored to your specific needs and goals. Emphasis will be placed on abdominal and back control while increasing the strength and flexibility of your upper body, lower body, and spine.
